- Foto della targhetta o del prodotto (se caricata)
- Descrizione del problema
- Eventuali ulteriori informazioni fornite volontariamente dall’utente

I dati raccolti vengono utilizzati esclusivamente per:
- Gestire la richiesta di assistenza tecnica
- Contattare il cliente per fissare un appuntamento o richiedere informazioni aggiuntive
- Verificare la copertura di garanzia del prodotto
- Eseguire interventi tecnici a domicilio o in laboratorio
- Adempiere a obblighi amministrativi, fiscali o legali
I dati non vengono utilizzati per finalità di marketing senza un consenso specifico e separato.

Il trattamento dei dati si basa su:
- Esecuzione di un contratto o misure precontrattuali (art. 6.1.b GDPR)
- Consenso dell’interessato per l’invio del modulo (art. 6.1.a GDPR)

5. Modalità di trattamento e sicurezza
I dati vengono trattati con strumenti informatici e telematici, adottando misure tecniche e organizzative adeguate per garantirne:

Non utilizziamo sistemi di profilazione o processi decisionali automatizzati.
6. Conservazione dei dati
I dati vengono conservati per il tempo necessario a:
- Gestire la richiesta di assistenza
- Fornire il servizio tecnico
- Assolvere agli obblighi amministrativi e fiscali
In genere, i dati relativi agli interventi vengono conservati per 10 anni, come previsto dalla normativa civile e fiscale.
7. Comunicazione dei dati a terzi
I dati possono essere comunicati esclusivamente a:
- Tecnici interni incaricati dell’assistenza
- Miele S.p.A. (solo se necessario per pratiche di garanzia)
- Professionisti o consulenti che supportano Elettro Planet (commercialista, consulente informatico)
- Autorità competenti, se richiesto dalla legge
I dati non vengono ceduti a terzi per scopi commerciali.
8. Trasferimento dei dati fuori dall’Unione Europea
I dati non vengono trasferiti al di fuori dell’Unione Europea. Eventuali servizi esterni (es. hosting, email) sono selezionati tra fornitori conformi al GDPR.
